McHose told me in person he and another designer did it but I don't remember the other designer's name. So i am back to searching for the name of the '69 Shelby designer.But Shinoda was probably too busy with the '69 Boss 302 and 429 which if they were successful, would make Shelby's appeal to Ford less valuable.

Read again: " New evidence suggests that John Chun could not have been involved in the design of the 1967 Shelby GT350 and GT500. This runs contrary to his claims that he contributed to the design of the 1967 model year Shelbys, as well as the coiled Cobra logo. The timeline does not appear to contradict claims that he had influences on the 1968 and 1969 models."
So, Chun not involved in 1967 Shelby Mustangs, but nothing to suggest he wasn't involved for later cars.
