No.. the engine turns counter clockwise. This was done on twin screw boats to balance the inertia of the right (starboard) side engine's turning clockwise..

You can make any engine do this.. But to sell a 1969 427 top oiler marine unit as a 1966 conventional hipo top oiler is a lie.. I would have no problem buying the components from a 427 marine engine (only the block and heads) but at what price?.. Not $4,600.. The heads turned out to be plain jane 390 heads out of a parts bin.. $75 ea at best..

The whole thing might be worth $1,000.. and that would be fine. But Fastco is puting parts up for sale that are not what they seem..
