The rear Monroe shock Monro Matic 5876 crosses to number 32207 but this nitrogen gas shock is for a heavier car and will give you a hard ride.

The VW Shock #113-413-031-B is for early VWs and are oil shocks valved for softer ride. The first Classics were VW based kits they already had VW shocks to use.

Use the VW, the gas shocks are noticeably harder ride

The Gabriel Red Ryders are gas valved for a heavier car too and ride hard as you well know

Front shocks use a oil shock too if you can find one. Oil is a softer ride
