As I understand it, Armando worked for Aviaid before striking out on his own. He's in El Paso, TX.
FWIW, he built my pan for an 'off the shelf' price, and it included the crank scraper and pickup. I needed to replace my pump and get gaskets and the special main cap bolt to support the pickup but, other than that, it was all included. I will note I later added a set of reinforcing rails and switched the bolts to studs with flange nuts. Highly recommended, BTW.
