The Indiana and Ohio Cobra clubs are selling a used B&B Cobra with all the proceeds going to charity. While I don't think $30 will buy it, you might look into it, if there is any wiggle room in the $30K limit. It's complete and ready to drive. Ohio Cobra Club's website has the details.
