It is all about personal choice. The Coyote will be great engine for the car. If you don't like it you could trade it out for a carbureted small block, but $$$. If you keep the hood closed, no one else will know what's there. Most of the other tech you mentioned, is not readily noticeable. The 17" wheels are obvious, but allow bigger brakes and have many great tire options compared to the 15s. Once again, it's all personal choice. The most economical build would be to embrace what is there and run with it.
