Thanks guys... appreciate it, I did put it on local Craigslist for $37K, I am not sure of that is out of line, I thought being a complete coyote kit with everything that was reasonable... maybe not..

If it sells I will just purchased something finished and more in line with what I was looking for and if not I will take it to the end.

I got a couple leads from here on local builders that may be of some assistance, but neither returned calls.
