A four point belt should not be used anywhere, even on the street. There was an thread on this in the past, I can't find it, the search function is not working properly. Under certaint circustances, you can slide under the lap belt without the crotch strap. Also you can not get the lap belt to be in the corrrect possition over your hips. When you sinch the shoulder straps down, it pulls the lap belt up too high.
Take a look in a Summit cataloge, not one 4 point harness in there. BTW, thanks for telling me to get my head out of my ass, I don't know what I am talking about.
