1) The horn relay and the fan relay are both the same part. So, if you find you're out in the middle of nowhere and your fan relay burns out, you can still get home by just swapping in the horn relay.
2) When ERA mounts those relays to the firewall, they do it high up which makes it almost impossible to pull the relay straight up and out. So, in order to remove the relay you sometimes need to rotate both the relay and the relay base itself 90 degrees on the firewall and then pull the relay out sideways.
