I think you are over thinking this. The Coyote dipstick is in the block. It won’t change when you change oil pans. It is set to the level some Ford engineer thought was correct.

If this was mine. I would fill to full on the dipstick then run the engine for 10 minutes and then let it sit for about ten minutes. Top it off and then you know the new volume.
