If you and your consortium can honestly and truthfully come up with something more than just a token insult of an offer, say $20k or more, then have your lawyers throw together a quick tender offer like letter and have them put it on their letterhead and have it delivered by courier to him at his home. I guaranty he'll read it. No one doesn't read a letter from a law firm that gets delivered by courier to their home. Then he'll either say
