I will say it is disappointing that no one from that organization (and I use that term very broadly so that it includes anyone in any way associated with the name or company) will even address the issue publicly with all of the guys who are complaining on the various sites I visit. It's almost as if they're saying
"screw you, we're out of here and we won't even give you the courtesy of a polite response." Oh well, I suppose you can dress them up, but you can't take them out....
