Yes, it's not unusual for calipers to have the bleeder hole drilled larger and tapped accordingly for a larger bleeder screw. Part of the re-build process, where the original screw is seized in and likley broken off. This is what I've got with my GM calipers. One bleed screw is larger than the other one.
