I replaced my walbro with less than 2k miles on my car. The pump failed while I was driving home leaving me stranded for a couple hours. It didn’t to long to figure out the pump wasn’t running. When I pulled the pump I found the ground wire had come loose. The pump was fine after reconnecting the ground. The wiring connections in the tank looked horrible so I decided to replace the wiring and the pump. I went back with an Aeromotive 340 fuel pump. I haven’t had any issues with new pump. The way the new pump is wired makes it less likely to come loose. The walbro pump was not the issue. It was how it was wired up. I was told the walbro pump was a very good pump.
