Since it's a continuation car, it's just another kit car. Not rare or difficult to find. Doesn't look like it had anything rare or hard to get on it - like an aluminum FE motor. The only thing on it that had any real value is the name, Shelby.
As Tony said, there's not much that's salvageable.
But, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.
