Looks familiar as Tom has pointed out....Being, at one time, heavily involved in the NJ kit car scene, can't say I'd ever seen it. Was it northern, or southern, NJ? Not a FFR, not a Contemporary, although the body might be that from Lesher or Contemporary. Lesher was using 4" mandrel bent round tube for their frames if that helps narrow things down. Last I heard, Lesher had switched to 99% Spec Miata work and had essentially abandoned the Daytona Coupe for lack of interest. Uncertain what became of the old Upstate Replica (ex-Contemporary) jigs and molds after their ownership back in the 2007 time frame.
