I'm replacing a damaged rear carrier hub. The OUTER FULCRUM in my CC Cobra has plastic bushings (polyurethane or Delrin?) ... vs steel bearings/races in the original Jag.

Did Contemporary Classic typically replace the original Jag bearings/races with these plastic bushings ... or was this likely done later by an owner?

Any idea who makes these plastic bushings, and part no?

Any thoughts as to which approach (bearings vs bushings) is best or the pros/cons of each?
