My car is 29 years old, so the powder coated frame has needed touch-ups more than once. The powder coat on my frame matches well with black satin spray paint (rattle can). No particular brand, I've used several.

I've also powder coated at the hobbyist level for about 20 years.

Your powder coat's color and finish; gloss, matte or somewhere in between, have to be considered when determining a reasonable spray paint match. Take a guess, buy several paints, and spray something other than your frame as a test, and compare the sprayed piece/s to your frame.
