The simple answer is a high probable yes.

Measure the overall length of the two transmissions from the tailshaft ending point to the bell housing surface. If they are not the same, then your driveshafts will not be the same. The other metric you need to pay attention to is the tailshaft diameter and spline count. If they are not the same, you will require a new yolk to match the output shaft diameter and spline count.
