I was advised to get the air intake part of the problem settled first. I'm attracted to the fresh air idea with a plenum connected by ducting tubes to remote, less restrictive, air cleaner filter. The carb hat or plenum for dual four carbs seems to never been done before. There lots of single carb systems even plenums with dual intake tubes, but nothing has been found mentioning or showing two four bbl. carbs. Maybe not a Cobra replica but surely a hot rod some where?
