Don't. You'll end up damaging your hubs. There's half a dozen good spinner removal tools. Just pick one and try it. Or, build your own. The one I built will literally spin the tires on asphalt with a troublesome spinner. Just apply the brakes or put it in gear for the rear wheels. 5000 ft/lbs of torque will break loose any spinner out there, unless you confused your antiseize with JB Weld.
