I think I'm on the same page as Tommy. You would only need a tee for the front and a tee for the back. Keep the front and rear separate.
Generally, a "distribution block" can include a proportioning pressure valve and a shuttle for a "brake" warning light. With dual masters, proper MS sizes and a balance bar you should be able to work with what you have.
