Thanks Buzz. If we knew the car in questions history, it may help in the restoration, I would think. Maybe someone here remembers the car in its heyday. A perfect example is: CSX2129 I've spoken with owner though Email's & phone calls, he was excited to hear I had history to add to the car. My weekend @ Pacific Raceways in 1963 (@8yo I was part of the Shelby team) I wiped that car down, helped with the care & feeding though the weekend and was rewarded with a ride (@ speed) with the one & only "Mr. Ken Miles" in CSX2129. Over the years I've found 95% of the org. car owners, love to hear stories about their cars in their heyday. As Tony said he's asking questions a restorer of Cobras should already know, or have easy access to, if it was my car, I'd have concerns. Something doesn't smell right?? Buzz are you in BC or the WI? Call me if in BC, K? Brent (EM-0785) & I are thinking of doing another run of the badges (40min) We'd be up for 10-12 between us two. Cheers Tom.
