I agree with every thing you said! One little correction, the MVIV cars were continuation of the AC289 Sport, COB COX cars. The C stands for Cobra, not Carrol, or Carol, as spelled in the AC ledger. Although, none left the Thames Ditton plant with the snake badges, though a few received them by their owners. I have written here several times, talking to a few owners in the UK, and they have nothing but praise for the handling of the AC289 cars, and I would imagine, the same would aply to the MKIV cars!
