@Sunman, thanks for the advice on cap's & such. I have a very good "Old School Tech" that goes through my 70's stereo's, receivers, amps, preamp, etc. Believe or not most just need new lamps, a good Dexoit & Faderlube, if the caps haven't leaked or the tops aren't soft, cold solders are checked if no issues they stay in, makes sure everything is up to factory spec's. These things were built like 'Tanks'. He's our age and grew up with these pieces. I think Sunman, my days of projects/building are behind me, I learned that with the first Cobra, a 60% done Classic Roadster, that took 5-years to finish, should have bought a finished Cobra, could have had 5 more years driving under my belt How's your Classic coming along??
