I guess if one lives in CA your gonna have to buy more classics to spread out the mileage restrictions across more cars. LOL
Although come 2045 I'll have less involvement as I may already have been in route to greater places.

I actually feel sorry for much of CA. The people "inland" in the smaller cities that are ag based seem to be reasonably sane (at least not different that the middle-of-the-road libs). The line of demarcation might actually follow the San Andreas fault. West of the fault is where the lunatics live. A really big earthquake could fix alot.
But what I don't get is that the people of CA blindly "obey" the rules promulgated by the CARB... Don't they understand that there lives are being regulated not by elected officials but by a bunch of bureaucrats that are either appointed or civil service and basically all making this stuff up on the fly with no oversight. Whats even worse is that some states additionally adopt the CARB regulations by legislative action. One red state saw through this and withdrew from the pact that just automatically said whatever CARB says is gospel (they took exception that internal combustion engine based vehicles would be outlawed after 2035 observing that the infrastructure isn't universally ready for such a cutoff.)
