Default Registering a new Backdraft in Delaware

Recently i purchased a new Backdraft and when researching for registration info for Delaware i found very little information so i thought i would post what i learned. The Delaware laws have recently changed regarding emission testing so i was very concerned. My car has a Coyote motor.
Anyway the process was very easy. I took my car to the Georgetown inspection station.
At the inspection station they tested lights, hi/lo beams, turn signals, running stop-brakes, horn, wipers. They did not sniff exhaust or hook up OBDii to check emissions. They checked the VIN number under the hood like 3 times... the car passed with no problem.
Took the paperwork into the DMV, paid the doc fee tax, and it was registered as a 1965 Shelby, Replica is noted on the registration. They gave me my registration card, tag, and off i went.

Easy Peasy
