That’s really cool on the plate.

After Middletown increased my assessment 1500%, I called the assessors. They were rude and said that if I had a problem with it, to appeal it. Appeals declined, then they increased it again the following year. Check out the link in my autosig.

I think the Cromwell assessor is on the state assessor council. When I reached out, I got a default response, something like assessments vary town to town.

Glad you made it thru, and hopefully your assessors continue to look upon the assessment realistically.
