Assuming someone wanted to attack that windmill, the easiest way is with EFI, wideband oxygen sensors, individual cylinder fuel metering, and EGT sensors. You only have the cost of the sensors and EFI which you will be continuously reusing, and it will allow you to optimize each cylinder.
That said you still need the intake in post #20,
