Look like two years is the minimum. Bob at ERA confirmed it this morning.
There are not too many slabside options.
I'm in for a Superformace or Shelby CSX8000 that's what I wanted to order but my patience is not that good. And there is still work to do, so ...... how long ?
There are two turn key advertised at $134,900. But we can't import new turnkey to Canada.
They have to be 15 years old.
Even a non assembled kit is some trouble for us to import. A rolling chassis is not accepted.

SO NOW i'm looking at what is available locally or that I CAN import.

Or contract a good welding shop for a frame from the drawings with a slabside body purchase.
Perhaps you overlooked Ross Henry, who designed the SPF 289 and FIA roadsters

Information - Riverside Racers

If you go the 289 FIA route, the only option I recommend you do not get for the street is the FIA front brake ducts. Ask Ross why I make that suggestion
