It turns out the pinion gear from the "custom" quick ratio rack was .125" longer on the gear end. I noticed when I was starting to assemble the unit. It is at my buddies house being turned. It wouldn't have taken much more effort to shorten while it was being resplined, but I didn't notice or expect FR to have done this.

I should have the final update this week.
