Hello all. I am finally at the point to measure and order wheels and tires as well, then to verify that the suspension is then correctly dialed in where I have it all tack welded in place. Have to make sure I have the correct suspension travel. But, back to the wheels. I measured the rear size with a wheel fitment tool. I came up with being able to put a 18x11" wheel that has a 1.25" offset and 7.25" backspace.
No, I am not looking for the vintage cobra look. I am building the look I want. I do prefer the look of a larger wheel and lower sidewall, (like a Backdraft or Superformance). Has anyone else used this size wheel on the rear of their CR?

Tires are going to be a 295/35/18 size on that 18"x11" wheel.

It will be as wide as possible inside the wheel well and then just inside the lip of the fender.

Thoughts?
