HI All. Im researching building a AP Cobra and I'm in Victoria. Hopefully posting in the right forum!

I'm finding it difficult to get a direct answer to what is required in Victoria regarding an ICV build. I understand that emission requirements are different between full registration and club registration. Is that the case and what are the requirements for each?
The reason I'm trying to find out is because I would much prefer to use an older engine as opposed to a Coyote or LS. Are the older 1970's engines able to comply with either registration path? I really like the concept of a cobra with silly cubic inches. No idea why, its just a preference I have.
