Thanks for your comments. There are a lot of simplified formulas for drag performance assessment. I do not in any way intend to produce a "Performance Trends Inc" type Drag Racing Analyzer (Of which I have a copy) just a simplified tool tuned to match existing Cobra times, so, Empirical rather than Scientific. Any calculator gives some error as even things like "tyre grip" are largely unknown.

The one I used gave a pretty close approximation to the performance of my own car at 13.5 sec with around 270 hp when I ran it some 25 years back(Original motor a 350 Chevy with OEM CI heads, small valves and mild cam and TH400 box) . I just want a few more data points to calibrate it.
