Hi - I can't advise you on your current brake type but any upgrade should be properly (scientifically) engineered. My advice would be to accurately measure your existing brake setup front and rear Disk size & thickness and part numbers, caliper type and size + number and diameter of pistons), your wheel space for bigger brakes, your weight distribution front to rear and pedal dimension (pedal ratio) and booster type. Tyre type and size could also factor in.

Then contact your chosen supplier to come up with a suitable selection of components for your planned usage be it Fast road, track days, track, drag racing etc etc.

If you can easily lock up your current brakes then whatever is on the car at the moment will be fine for normal road usage with just a change of pad type needed for more sporty road driving if you experience some brake fade.

Actual engine power should make very little difference in brake requirements for street usage.

Remember most brakes installed on Replica Cobras come from much heavier cars with a very different weight distribution so the Cobras are often under braked at the rear and over braked at the front.
