I think I solved my own question. It turns out that Classic Roadsters did not list, in the wiring diag the wires to the switch itself. But looking for any spare wires in the dash wire loom I found three wires with no home. Looking and a list with the wire number and its description, I could figure out what was suggested and then ring out the run to confirm it did power the different circuits for the parking and headlights. Writing notes in the manual to have future reference.
