Default Dual fan replacement brushes?

One of the front dual fan motors stopped working. I removed the fans and got the one that was not working to run but the brushes are worn out so not worth putting it back in the car with those brushes. The motors are Dayton model 3LCH7. I haven't been able to find a positive match for replacement brushes but a website called Zoro has Dayton brushes that look like the right ones. They are around $50 and I can get a new motor for $71 so I'd probably do that if I can't find a more reasonable brush replacement (I'd go ahead and replace both motors since the brushes are likely worn out in the other one as well). The car has just shy of 20,000 miles. Has anyone dealt with this or have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Kevin
