Well, the Cardinals Won 30 to 17, and we had 5 cobras lined up in the parking lot, fairly near the entrance but in normal spaces. We saved 2 extra spaces by parking wide for 2 expected more members but had to give them up 2 hours before kick-off to security people. They were great about it. Mark Schwarz, Trent Broberg, John Evans, Jim Cook, and my car in a row. Tom Ferrari and friend met us with his cobra but had to go home and trade it for his Jaguar since he feared restarting. Rob Mikula had to assist Bob Brandle when his Coupe broke down and neither ended up at the game. We Tailgated for a couple of hours then went in. Lots of public attention, as expected. Had no problems with the cars during the game and all of us left by the end of the 3rd quarter. Our meet up needed some review and 3 of the expected cobras had car or other trouble so, no shows.
I do not think this is a repeatable event. Thank you so much Rob Mikula for suggesting this and doing the legwork and expense. If we had a fund, we would certainly repay you. This had to cost you severely. You are the Top Gun for 2025.
