Clois - I too had the most awful heavy "creak" from my suspension (although at the front, not the rear). Turned out to be dry "nylatron" wisbone bearings, a clean up and a touch of LM (general purpose) grease sorted it out fine. Also a tip is to not tighten up the bolts that form the swivel point - I rely on the nylock nuts to keep them in place (although checked regularly - I like living too much).
