if you guys would accept a UK opinion (and that is by no means a given), neutral coloured wheels are more "tasteful". Hmm. Not sure I described that too well. Wheels are all round, no matter what the pattern. Everyones' "eye" is trained to accept round wheels througn experience. Body coloured wheels attract the eye "too much" - drawing attention to the fact that they are round, which we knew already.
The "norm" is for wheels to be somehow silver or neutral coloured, anything else really does attract the eye, and having done so, will polarise opinion into "love it" or "loathe it".
Sooo - I guess it depends on whether you are a "like my car or don't I don't care" kind of person or not.

Did that make any kind of sense? I read it back and I am still not sure. Anyway - take a look at my gallery to see what I mean. "English" style - pretty low key.
