Default Carb tuning question

I have a Holley HP series 750 DP on my 393 stroker. I was checking a few things today and I noticed that my 4 corner idle mixture screws are all at different settings. What's odd is that I had a wide band test done two months back and we had a perfect 13:1 air/fuel ratio. Anyway, here's what I found today:
Front driver's side screw was 1.5 turns out.
Front passenger side screw was 2 turns out.
Rear driver's side screw was 2 turns out.
Rear passenger side screw was 1.25 turns out.
I would think that all screws would need to set at the same number of turns, or maybe at least the two front screws would be the same, or the rear two screws would be the same.
Does any of this really matter?
Thanks
