I run an Elgin cam which has stock Ford numbers from 1964. My FE is a 390 bored 60 over with ported heads and 428 valves (2.09 and 1.66) . The cam numbers are advertized 324 deg. lift is .524, duration at 50 is 245. This is a solid lifter cam and the power band is about 3000 to 7000rpm. As said from above it runs like a raped ape.
