Having copyrighted its usual corporate logos, they also copied terms like "bug", "buggy", "beetle", "type I" and its general shape. They have a hired gun company going after ALL interlopers including enthusists web sites forcing them to pay up for past use and stop future use. They even ban the use of the word Volkswagen.
Soon it will known as "the car formerly known as ----------"
This despite the fact that they haven't sold a bug here in 23 years.
