Dear Luke,
We at Hillbank apologize for your Cobra purchase experience not being a memorable one. We are so sorry that you found our dealership to be incompetent. We appreciate the constructive criticism and value the input you afforded us as a means to future improvement.

We regret the impression that we are snobs and talked down to you, nothing could be farther from the truth. In fact, most of our customers are ordinary people not the elite.

We respect the fact that your time is precious and that your hard work afforded you the privelege to indulge in our product and, please, do not feel that we do not appreciate your business. We appreciate the fact that you know what you want and assume that is why you chose a Superformance product.
