I think that SPF has the nicest looking "bumper jacks" out there. They appear solid but are 2 welded pieces. Not the flimsy bent pieces found on some. Shape is pleasing as well. As for in or out, I assume that in was the intended direction (they seem to be cut to follow the body lines), but pointed out was easier to access and perhaps quicker. Most guys point them out.
