Dan: Yes. I am fully aware of the requirements of rule #1461. However, the exception to rule 1461 found in subsection (a) is that if originator of this demented scheme (Jamo) personally views the recorded POP and the POP is further viewed by at least one other gashole after which at least two gasholes thereupon vote approval of the POP, all requirements of the POPer are satisfied.
