Consider the Nomex long undies. Full suits are heavy...and hot. With the underwear tops and bottoms you can go with a lighter cotten suit which breathes much better. Plus, I'm a big guy and the heavy suits are uncomfortable to me. One would think either the heavy Nomex suit, or a light suit with the undies would be about the same, but my experience is the latter is cooler somehow. Besides, when that cheaper light suit gets tattered you don't feel quite so bad pitching it and buying a replacement.
