Are you referring to Evan's NPG+ coolant? It's a propylene glycol based fluid that you don't mix with water. As opposed to the ethylene glycol that we mix with water. I have heard good reports from secondhand sources but never used the stuff myself. Heard that truck fleets use it mostly. Try it and let us know.

I have had good luck with: water + water wetter + little bit of antifreeze, myself however.
