That's a goopd question! First off, they are going to want to know if you build more than one a year.

If you say yes, and if you sell them, they are going to look straight in your eyes and ask if you have a manufacturer's license. (Federal) If you say NOPE, they are going to look straight in your eyes and ask, "why not?"
THEN, they will want every receipt under the sun, nuts bolts, frame material, and on and on. Finally, and I do mean finally they will issue you the same inspection certificate as above.
IF the FRAME is of commercial type from a commercial company one had better have an MSO!
In your case Sir, knowing the quailty of your toys, take lots of pictures. Pictures of a pile of steel...before the completed frame, and then of course the full build pic's.
