I need to get a life
I have a Word file about done that has all the books listed in this thread, plus some I have found while looking through the booksellers mentioned by SSB. If anyone would like a copy, just e-mail me:

I tried converting it to a text file, but it was not useable.
Feel free to add, subtract, correct embelish etc. I would appreciate copies of corrections and additions. so I can keep my list up to date.
